This will be a short report as I couldn’t make it to the game. There is no match report on the Island Bay website either so no chance to copy any ideas off there. Result was a two nil win to the Sharks. Apparently the first goal was a defensive mix-up after a little bit of a change in the line-up. The second, by all accounts, was later in the second half as BNU pushed for an equaliser.

This week’s movie then is any of the Rocky movies as I haven’t seen any of them either. A story of an underdog taking on stronger, better resourced opponents. People have told me about them, several seem to like them, but I don’t feel any worse off for not having seen them. Much like I feel about this match.

So BNU’s season lurches on to another unremarkable defeat. But the feeling is that they are turning a corner and better performances are not far away. Lets hope so or Capital One football is a distinct possibility on Wakefield Two in 2008.
